Follow these steps for your perfect fit

1. Get a measuring tape

You can do this on your own or get a friend to help. Wear a non-padded, wired bra for best results. Always relax and make sure your arms are by your side.

2. Find your band size

Align the tape around your body at ribcage level, directly under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Tape should feel snug but not tight around the body. Record your measurement.

Wrap the measuring tape around your body at the fullest part of your bust, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor. The tape should fit comfortably around your body. Take note of this measurement.

Then, subtract your band size from your bust size to determine your cup size.

Pleasantly surprised!!
I got this as a mystery panty add-on after I purchased some bras, and when I first saw these bright red high-waisted underwear I thought they would just be "period underwear". Well I ran out of full coverage underwear when I wanted to wear jeans, and I thought "what the heck- no one's going to see these anyway" and put these on. OMG!! I was SO pleasantly surprised! They're totally seamless so there weren't any panty lines, and I've never had underwear this high-waisted but they came up perfectly to stop the discomfort of the jean's button and zipper digging into my stomach! My new favorite panties!
This is a company I had never heard of when I saw an advertisement on Pinterest. I read the article and they sounded great. They were on sale so I took a chance and bought four pairs. They are high waisted and that is what I like. Lots of panties are tight around the legs or just uncomfortable. I am wearing a pair right now and I absolutely love them.
