What is EBY?
Welcome to EBY! Empowered By YOU! We are a women’s empowerment brand, that is a force to be reckoned with. We create comfortable (but still sexy) lingerie and undergarments that will make you feel beyond confident, every day! We currently sell seamless panties, bralettes, & tank tops. The panties and bralettes are available in 2 fabrics - our Signature Fabric, which is a specialized blend made for the perfect amount of softness, stretch, and recovery! And our Sheer fabric, which is just the right amount of sexy and comfort!
We also have a subscription service! Our Quarterly subscription includes 3 pairs of panties in each box for $40! You can choose a Custom Box and pick your pairs before each box. Or you can choose a “Surprise and Delight” box. With that option, you choose what style(s) you prefer, and we’ll send you a specially curated box based on those preferences!

Every EBY purchase (not profits…every purchase!) helps fund microfinance loans for women through The Seven Bar Foundation! These loans help women start their own businesses, lift their communities and families, and break the cycle of poverty!
Through our relentless pursuit of empowerment, our member’s receive weekly power tips on topics like confidence, getting sh*t done, and living your best life! And that’s just the beginning! We leave you feeling ready to take on the world, sans panty line.

What’s so special about EBY?
At EBY, we pride ourselves on our products and our mission! We want EBY’s to be the best seamless undergarments you have ever worn! Our secret weapons are our buttery soft, and super stretchy fabric. And our innovative flocking technology, that acts as a no slip grip, keeps your panties in place no matter how you move. Expect the most comfortable, invisible under clothing, and beautiful collection of undergarments you have ever worn!
Our mission is to empower women, in any way possible! Our main focus is funding microloans for women to start their own business through the Seven Bar Foundation! This allows us to support women and their families, and help them escape the grasp of poverty for generations!
Where are EBY’s made?
EBY utilizes 2 factories to ensure our products are manufactured with the highest quality possible. Our Bralettes are manufactured in a factory in China, that utilizes a specific technology to ensure our bras provide all the support you need, without sacrificing comfort! Our Panties and Tanks are manufactured in our Sri Lanka factory that we have been using since the beginning.
Both of our factories uphold all UN Women’s Empowerment Principles and pride themselves on a multifaceted Women Go Beyond Program. We have a personal relationship with our factory - after all, we make intimate apparel! Mutual respect and a commitment to collective wellbeing are sewn into every EBY garment.
What’s the material?
EBY Signature Fabric is made of 85% Nylon and 15% Spandex
EBY Sheer Fabric is made of 82% Nylon and 18% Spandex
All panties have a cotton-lining to keep your lady parts healthy. Think equal parts soft and stretch, for a seamless fit that moves with you. Our performance based fabrics are made for comfort first, and perfect for everyday wear!
What sizes do you carry?
Sizing varies per product and is as follows;
- Panties - XS - 4X
- Bra’s & Bralettes - XS - 2XLDD or about 32A to 44DDD
- Tanks - XS - 2X
What underwear styles do you carry, and what’s the difference?
Thong - With a flattering curve, this perfect piece contours your body leaving absolutely no visible panty lines.
Bikini - Full coverage support with a high cut leg opening, to show off those fab legs of yours.
Brief- Full coverage and serious comfort with this ultra-smooth, modest rise brief. Sizes XS-XL.
Full Coverage Brief - Ultra-smooth, medium rise, and super-flattering. Hugs in all the right places with no pinch. Sizes 1X-4X.
High Waisted- The perfect high rise panty. Extra support to smooth out any unevenness and accentuate your curves for a flawless silhouette.

How do I care for my EBYs?
Treat them how we’d all like to be treated - with tenderness and care. Machine wash on the delicate setting, and lay flat to dry! A garment bag will also help with preventing any stretching in the wash.
You have a Fit Guarantee, what’s that?
We want you to be completely obsessed with your EBY’s! If your first order doesn't fit perfectly, please contact our team of Fit Experts at seamlesssupport@join-eby.com within 30 days of the date of delivery! Explain to the team how your new EBY’s are fitting and they will ask you a few questions to determine the right fit!
For panties, we will send you 1 new pair in the new recommended style, for free! This way you can be sure it fits before making any future purchases.
For all other products, we ask that you contact us, and we will be glad to help with the fit, recommend another size or style, then help with the exchange process!
Please Note: Final Sale Items (such as items on our Last Call page) are NOT eligible for the free panty. But please feel free to contact us regarding the fit and we will be glad to help!
How Do I know What Size and Style Will Fit me?
We have a variety of styles and sizes available in panties and bralettes! This allows us to have something for everyone, but we realize it may be a little overwhelming when trying to choose what will work best, so here are some pointers.

- - If you find you fall in between sizes, size up.
- - We have 7 different styles ranging from Low rise/Minimal coverage thongs, to High rise/Full coverage high waisted!
- - Check out our different styles of panties and their descriptions to find what you prefer.
- - Remember, different styles may work best for different activities! You may want a brief for every day, a thong for workouts, and a highwaisted for relaxing at home.

What is the difference between an account and a membership?
- - An account allows you to see your orders in one place.
- - Membership is meant to provide all you busy, hardworking babes with ease. Why get your panties in a bunch when you could get new panties shipped to your door? You’ll receive your new favorite EBYs every quarter (every 3 months), without any additional thought or effort on your part.
How Does The Membership Work?
To get started, click to take our styles quiz You can choose from an already curated box of our newest colors or neutrals, or you can choose a Custom box and pick out each pair yourself! Subscriptions are $40 each box, and they are billed and shipped Quarterly, or every 3 months. Most subscriptions run on the 10th of the month, but Custom subscriptions can vary. Please contact our team at seamlesssupport@join-eby.com for any questions regarding your subscription! Members also receive a “VIP Discount” on all purchases made, anytime! Just make sure you are logged into your account while you shop. You can Skip anytime from your account dashboard, or you may contact us to Skip or Cancel your subscription anytime!

What is VIP shopping?
VIP shopping is an experience we provide that allows our members to purchase our products on demand at a special discount, any time in between their subscription boxes. VIP will include member-only styles and prints, and give early access for all new releases!
Can I edit my subscription at any time?
Absolutely! You can edit your subscription preferences at any time, by logging into your EBY account! Once you log in, you will see “Settings” - where you can change your panty size, and “Change Box” - where you can edit the type of subscription and styles you receive!
Any changes made to your subscription must be made before your subscription is set to process. If your card has already been charged, please contact customer support to make any changes. You can email us at seamlesssupport@join-eby.com or for faster help, please Chat with us!

What's the Difference between Joining as a Member and One Time Purchasing?
Membership is meant to provide all you busy, hardworking babes with ease. Why get your panties in a bunch when you could get new panties shipped to your door? You’ll receive your new favorite EBYs regularly, without any additional thought or effort on your part.
Nervous about commitment? We’ve been there. EBYs are also available à la carte. You can purchase whatever you want, whenever you want. Please note that members receive discounts and special perks like free shipping and early access on new styles and prints. You can always try us now, and join us later.
Will I ever receive repeat prints or colors in my subscription?
That really depends on the type of subscription you choose! If you choose to receive a “Full Coverage” box, with “Mixed” colors, there is a really good chance you will not receive a duplicate! If you choose an “All Highwaisted” box with “Only Neutral” colors, then there is a good chance you will get a repeat of Nude or Black after a few boxes. One way to ensure you always get exactly what you want is to sign up for our Custom subscription! That way you only receive the pairs you choose!
How Do You Choose What Goes in the Subscription Box?
You tell us - and we listen! Our professional panty-curators put together a selection based on your answers to your Styles Quiz. Or if you choose our Custom Box option, you pick each panty style and color on your own.
How do I change My Billing or Shipping Information?
Go to the top right corner and click to sign in to your account. Once signed in, All settings will be on the left side of the screen! From there, you can change your password, edit your name or email address, update your credit card information, or change your billing and shipping address! I still have trouble signing in, what should I do?
No problem. Just below the Sign In prompt is a link called “Having Trouble Signing In?””. Click on it and enter the email associated with your account and a temporary password. An email invitation to reactivate your account on our new site will be sent to you.
Billing & Shipping
What Forms of Payment Do you Accept?
We currently accept most credit and debit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay! We also have Afterpay as an option for payment plans!
I See 'Stripe' on My Bank Statement?
Stripe is one of our payment partners. In some cases, you may see “Stripe,” on your credit card statement within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Within a day, EBY should appear on your statement in its place! If you have any questions or concerns about this, just send us an email and we’ll be glad to chat it through!
Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship to all states and territories In the United States, including Puerto Rico. Keep in mind, shipping to locations outside of the continental US may take up to 4 weeks from shipping date. We do not currently ship internationally.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We do have a couple of different ways your EBY’s can ship for free! First, members always get free outbound shipping! So, if you have an active subscription with us, you will never have to worry about paying for shipping. EVER!
Also, we have free shipping for any order over $100.
Shipping Rates and Times
If you are not a member, and your order is under $100, you will be charged a $6 shipping fee. This fee is non-refundable if the order is returned.
There is a 1 to 3 day processing time for orders before your order will ship. Then, once shipped, there is usually a 5 to 10 business day travel time. You can expect your order within 14 days from the date you place your order!
Please note: Orders outside of the continental US may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
My Package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
First, check your email and find your tracking link. Is your package showing as delivered? If not, and it is still showing in transit, please be patient. It may have hit a delay during transit but it is on the way! If it has been in one place longer than 10 days with no movement, please contact us at Seamlesssupport@join-eby.com
If your package is showing delivered, and you have not received it, please wait 2 days after to ensure it is not delivered late. If not, please check around the property and ask neighbors! Most packages are found by a side, or back door, or are delivered by a neighbor a few days later. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us at Seamlesssupport@join-eby.com and we will be glad to help!
Why is There No Packing Slip in My Shipment

Returns, Cancellations, Skipping
Can I Return an Item?
- If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to help!
- Panties must be unopened to be eligible for return or exchange! If this is your first order with us, we understand you must open and try on a pair to know if it fits, please contact us at Seamlesssupport@join-eby.com and we will be glad to help cover the 1 opened pair under our Fit Guarantee! All other pairs must remain unopened to be eligible for return.
- Bralettes, Tanks, and all other products can be opened, but the tags must remain attached. The product cannot be worn for more than a try-on, and cannot be damaged in any way. If the product is undamaged and the tags are attached, it will be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the date of delivery!
- Subscription boxes are eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of delivery as well. If you do not care for a certain product in your box, please contact support at Seamlesssupport@join-eby.com and we will be glad to help! If you would like to return your entire box, you may go through the standard return process.
- To begin a return, please scroll to the bottom of the page and find "Returns." You will be directed to our returns portal where you will be able to process your own return/exchange request, and print your return label at your convenience! If you need any assistance in processing your return, please contact customer support at Seamlesssupport@join-eby.com and we will be happy to help!

Once a refund is issued, you will receive an email confirmation of that. You should see the amount returned to the original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days. If you would rather shop immediately, during your return you can opt to receive store credit! This will be processed in the form of a digital gift card (only to be used at EBY) and will be emailed to you and available for use immediately!
Can I cancel an order?
If you realize you need to cancel an order, contact us ASAP! We recommend using the Chat feature on this site for the fastest service. Look for the chat bubble in the bottom right corner! You can also email us at Seamlesssupport@join-eby.com, but be aware, if the order has already begun to be processed at the warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it. In that instance, you will need to start a return! Please view “Can I return an item?” or contact customer support for assistance.
How do I cancel My Subscription?
We hate to see you go, but we understand circumstances change! If you must cancel your EBY subscription, please contact us at Seamlesssupport@join-eby.com or use the Chat feature on our website. Please include your name, the email address on your subscription, and the reason for cancellation (cost, already have enough, ect). We will be glad to go ahead and cancel that subscription for you! But keep in mind, you will lose all member perks if you cancel! No more free shipping, and you will lose your member discounts. If you want to stop shipments for a while, but don’t want to lose your perks, you can Skip shipments instead!
Please note, if you have an order that has already been charged, you will need to let us know if you would like that canceled as well. Otherwise, any orders that have already been charged and processed will be shipped. There will be no future orders after the cancellation.
How Do I Skip a Shipment?
Skipping a shipment is easy! You can skip a shipment any time easily by logging into your account, and clicking “Skip Box”. When you choose “Skip Box” your next shipment date will be moved out by one box. If you need to skip more than one, please contact Customer Service at Seamlesssupport@join-eby.com and we will be glad to help!

We can also be found on Facebook and Instagram and you can send us a DM on either!
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. We are closed on national Holidays and every weekend, but rest assured we will contact you as soon as we can, when we return! Don’t ever hesitate to contact us!
