1. Get a measuring tape

You can do this on your own or get a friend to help. Wear a non-padded, wired bra for best results. Always relax and make sure your arms are by your side.

2. Find your band size

Align the tape around your body at ribcage level, directly under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Tape should feel snug but not tight around the body. Record your measurement.

These are hands down the most comfortable yet still supportive bars I have worn. They are extremely easy to care for as well. They stock a small DD a sizing range that many brands dont carry.
