Follow these steps for your perfect fit

1. Get a measuring tape

You can do this on your own or get a friend to help. Wear a non-padded, wired bra for best results. Always relax and make sure your arms are by your side.

2. Find your band size

Align the tape around your body at ribcage level, directly under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Tape should feel snug but not tight around the body. Record your measurement.

I got a Large even though I wear a Med because Im a women with some curves. It very comfy and relax. It doesn't have a pad, so if you have sensitive nipples then this is not for you. Love the wide band.
