Common Fit Issues & Solutions

Most fit problems aren't about size—they're about positioning. Here's how to fix them.

Band Issues

Band Riding Up

If the band rides up along your back, it’s too big and you need to go for a smaller size.

Quick Fix

Hook on the tightest setting temporarily to see if this helps keep the band in place.

Band Too Tight

If the band feels uncomfortable or leaves deep red marks, it's too small and you need to go up one band size.

Quick Fix

Use the loosest hook setting or try a bra extender while you find your correct size.

Straps Falling Down

If your straps constantly slip off your shoulders, they're too loose or your band is too large.

Quick Fix

Try tightening the straps first. If already tight, cross them in the back like a racerback temporarily.

Straps Digging In

If straps leave painful marks on your shoulders, your band is too loose and the straps are doing all the work.

Quick Fix

Loosen the straps slightly and tighten the band instead—the band should provide 80% of support.

Cup Issues

Overflow

If breast tissue spills over the top or sides, creating a "quadboob" effect, your cups are too small.

Quick Fix

Lean forward and scoop all breast tissue into the cups, then reassess the fit.

Side Spillage

If breast tissue pushes out at the sides or under your arms, your cups are too small or too narrow for your breast shape.

Quick Fix

Lean forward and scoop all tissue into the cups. If it still spills out, go up one cup size.
