Follow these steps for your perfect fit

1. Get a measuring tape

You can do this on your own or get a friend to help. Wear a non-padded, wired bra for best results. Always relax and make sure your arms are by your side.

2. Find your band size

Align the tape around your body at ribcage level, directly under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Tape should feel snug but not tight around the body. Record your measurement.

Then, subtract your band size from your bust size to determine your cup size.

Love the feel - worry they will stretch out
Love how these feel! I forget I have them on! I have 3!! I started with the mdd and returned for the ldd. The mdd was squishing everything but am not certain if the larger size with stretch out.
These are amazing and will buy more!!!
I also have the seamless support bralette which is lovely! Forget I’m wearing it. Did have to go from ldd to XL for band.
I’m quite broad and usually wear a 36DD or 38DD depending on brand.
