Follow these steps for your perfect fit

1. Get a measuring tape

You can do this on your own or get a friend to help. Wear a non-padded, wired bra for best results. Always relax and make sure your arms are by your side.

2. Find your band size

Align the tape around your body at ribcage level, directly under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Tape should feel snug but not tight around the body. Record your measurement.

Find your band size according to the measure chart.

Wrap the measuring tape around your body at the fullest part of your bust, ensuring the tape is parallel to the floor. The tape should fit comfortably around your body. Take note of this measurement.

Then, subtract your band size from your bust size to determine your cup size.

* For instance, if your bust measures 36 inches and your band size is 32 inches, the difference is 4 inches, indicating a cup size of D.

I am so disappointed
I signed up for EBY’s subscription box under the impression it offered better value and flexibility, but when I tried to exchange items I didn’t choose and didn’t like, I was told I had to pay over $14 more—even though the bra I wanted was actually cheaper than the one I originally received. Their own system and policy make no sense: I can pick any style during the subscription window without an upcharge, but suddenly I’m charged extra for an exchange within 30 days, for a lower-priced item, under a “free exchange” policy. After I pushed back and customer service promised to “escalate” the issue, they simply stopped responding altogether, ignoring three follow-up emails and leaving the problem unresolved. Customer service is terrible and now I am left with items that don't work for me. I am extremely disappointed.
