    I have not received my order

    I cannot rate it as I have not received my order. I mistakenly placed the order with my old address (I had was in the process of moving) - I immediately contacted customer support to notify them that the delivery address was wrong - the customer service response was that they couldn't make any changes, not even to cancel the order ( this was all happened less than 10 min after placing the order) - so it was shipped to the wrong address anyway and I do not have my order. Very frustrating!
