Follow these steps for your perfect fit

1. Get a measuring tape

You can do this on your own or get a friend to help. Wear a non-padded, wired bra for best results. Always relax and make sure your arms are by your side.

2. Find your band size

Align the tape around your body at ribcage level, directly under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Tape should feel snug but not tight around the body. Record your measurement.

Then, subtract your band size from your bust size to determine your cup size.

This Bra does wonders for the appearance of "the girls"
I can see why you call it the T shirt bra because WOW - you will look great in a T shirt with this bra, The day I wore this my husband immediately noticed and asked if I was wearing a different bra. When I want to look my best, I will definitely be wearing THIS bra. I don't find it as comfortable as the relief bra, but I think that is more due to my struggle with cup sizing. I'm "in-between" cup sizes so it's really hard for me to find a good fit that way. I did not need to use customer service with my experience.
