Follow these steps for your perfect fit

1. Get a measuring tape

You can do this on your own or get a friend to help. Wear a non-padded, wired bra for best results. Always relax and make sure your arms are by your side.

2. Find your band size

Align the tape around your body at ribcage level, directly under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Tape should feel snug but not tight around the body. Record your measurement.

I would say this runs true to size. I ordered an extra large probably should’ve ordered a large.

I am so glad I found these bras. Had a double mastectomy and implants and I was on the hunt for the perfect, comfortable bra. I didn't need underwires or a lot of padding. This is perfect for me, so comfortable, I even wear them sleeping. So far I have three and I switch off every day. I bought extra large as I am now a DD cup. Might try 1 size smaller, they do seem to give a bit.
