Follow these steps for your perfect fit

1. Get a measuring tape

You can do this on your own or get a friend to help. Wear a non-padded, wired bra for best results. Always relax and make sure your arms are by your side.

2. Find your band size

Align the tape around your body at ribcage level, directly under the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Tape should feel snug but not tight around the body. Record your measurement.

High waisted no show panties
These are my favorite panties to wear. They are a little expensive, but in my option totally worth it for the quality. There are similar styles on Amazon but they fall apart so quickly. The top of these have a soft lining that keep them up all day, they are comfortable and I can wear them my leggings.
