    Old versus new

    Quality and sizing used to be different. I still like them, but not as much as my old ones.

    Love them but...

    I have had a subscription since 2020 and during that time I feel as though something has changed with the quality. The fit is the same, the comfort is really unparalleled but I have noticed that over the last few years or so they are not holding their shape as well. I have several pairs from some of my earliest orders that are still holding better shape than some newer ones. There have been shipments that after 2-3 washes the fabric curls, rolls up and stretches. All my undies get washed on extra gentle with like fabrics, no cotton, and all are always hung to dry.Again, I love the comfort but am becoming frustrated with the quality which has gone downhill since I first subscribed.

    Horrible

    I didn't receive the package. I have to call every time and ask you where the package is then I will be told some kind of excuse and that you will send it now . I love the products but dealing with this every time is not needed.

    Best Ever!!!

    I love these! I have been in a weight loss journey and having to size down has been awesome. I love that these things don’t move and they stay where they are supposed to! Sometimes it feels as thought I’m not wearing underwear at all!!
