In the past I was able to modify the products and select my favorite styles and patterns. That no longer appears to be the case. I reached out pretty immediately upon receiving a surprise shipment notification email and EBY was not able to stop the order or make any changes and would also not refund my payment. I haven't received any orders in over a year and I’ve since moved addresses, so the surprise shipment is also posing a problem in that I can’t retrieve the product to return it. EBY customer support has not been helpful and appears to be ghosting me after they initially promised to refund. So I’m going to need to dispute the charge through my bank. Disappointing that there was no prior communication or notification that it would be shipped because this all could have absolutely been avoided.
