I only like one style of undies—high waisted—and for a long time, my subscription always included just that style. Then out of the blue, it started coming with mesh high cut briefs (high cut is NOT the same as high waisted) and I had to contact customer service every time they snuck one (or two!) of those in my box and deal with the hassle of exchanging them. I finally discovered the option to hand select the items in the subscription and was under the impression I would be notified before each shipping date so I could go select my undies. I got to make selections the first time but my latest shipment didn’t give me the option to customize and I have cancelled my subscription for that reason. The whole idea of the subscription model is convenient but only if you get what you want. And having to contact customer service and make exchanges for every order is just not working for me.

I never received an email notifying me that it was time to make my selections. I was sent three items that I would never have chosen for myself. I did receive the email stating that these items had shipped (surprise!), to which I responded that I didn’t want them and have received no reply to date. Returning!!
